A land and house surveyor is a specialist who handles registrations related to real estate (e.g., registrations for subdivision of land and new construction or expansion of buildings). They conduct on-site surveys to accurately investigate the location, shape, and area of land and buildings, and prepare and submit registration application documents to the Legal Affairs Bureau.
